Cancellation & Refund Policy – Smiley Expo

1. No Refund Policy

  • All payments made for stall bookings, event participation, or any other services at Smiley Expo are non-refundable.
  • Once a booking is confirmed and payment is processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances.

2. Modifications & Transfers

  • In certain cases, stall bookings may be transferable to another participant, subject to approval from the Smiley Expo management.
  • Any changes must be requested in writing at least [X] days before the event date.

3. Event Cancellation by Organizer

  • If Smiley Expo cancels the event due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be notified, and alternative solutions may be provided.
  • Refunds will not be provided; however, the booking amount may be adjusted for a future event.
